Back in Business with my Blackberry x

Ive not written for a while, i know. But here i am now.....

Ive got good new for a change... haha (not like me i know lol)

Well guys, some of you may know that i had problems with my blackberry bout 4 months ago.... haha listen to this... i'll tell u the story.... only something like this can happen to our Jess ;)))

I arrived home a little tipsy one night, phoneless..... 'damn why do i always do that?!?!' i thought. so, i called up and told the phone company and they put on the blocks for me, the next day passed, and the next and still my phone was still not showing up.... i went to the carphone warehouse and got a replacement sim & tried to claim on the insurance for a new phone only to be told that i had never been insured!!!! i had the paperwork with me to prove that i had signed the direct debit for the insurance but they had never collected the payment from my bank & in the small print i had to deal with it in the first 3 months of contract (not the last 3 months).... my friggin luck haha!!! how the hell am i suppose to know if the pmt came out of my bank?!?!? do i look like the type of girl that checks the minor details on my statements?!?!? jeez c'mon!! x

anyway.... fumin that i still ad to pay for a contract that i could not get te full benefits of i went on my way and put my sim in an old crappy fone :((( ....... & then what turned up that day?!?!? yep my bloody blackberry!!! haha my neighbour had found it outside my door and decided to keep it safe in his place until he saw me to check if it was mine and give it me back..... buzzin now that i got my fone back i instantly foned the company back up to get it unblocked..... rah rah rah.... 72 hours miss & then it wil lbe back up and running.... fab!!! im bac in business with my lickle pink bundle of emails n net n pics n contacts x

72 hours later...... insert sim card...... ARRRGGGHHHH

back on the phone...... miss i will now remove the final block and this can take up to 72 hours.......

72 hours later..... please insert sim...... ARRRGGHHHHH!!!!!

Now guys this was back in may..... after numerous calls to 02 (each time getting a different answer) i was getting severely peed off!!!

Now last weekend i was getting to the end of my tether.... thinking my contract is up in 2wks & that phone will no longer be a matter to the phone company once im into a new contract so i knew i needed to get it sorted quick time..... so i went in to the o2 shop to see if they could help..... i'd received various emails from o2 giving me instructions on master resets and such so i thought maybe the o2 guy could help.....

NOPE! he tried and tried but nothing.... so he called up o2..... now for some reason the advisor on the line listened to the o2 guy more than me..... surprise surprise! when i called and said they must have emailed incorrect instructions it was miss please try again.... when mr o2 does it they believe him..... (dont u jus hate that!!!)

so i now get the final answer.... the dopey get that i reported the fone lost to blocked the emei number (a no no with blackberrys) so it was their fault so they were going to send me ot a replacement.....

yipee a brand spanker for me!!!!

but noooo that was not enough as my model was out of stock & so i layed it on thick.....

'im not waiting for a delivery' .... 'dont u think the fact ive waited 4 months already is enough?' ..... 'it was one of your colleagues faults.... do i need to write to your manager?'

so i got a brand new model....the 8900 titanium curve.... ching ching!!! RESULT!!!

so im blackberry buzzing again.... i can keep up with all my a/w messages and emails......

IM SOOO HAPPY.... x
